We see all of our pet clients by appointment. We understand your time is valuable, and we strive to keep our appointments running on schedule. For your convenience, we offer drop-off service. We also accept walk-in’s on an emergency and urgent care basis.

Pet Health Insurance

Pet insurance has grown significantly in popularity over the last year (28% growth according to the North American Pet Health Insurance Association). It's great that so many people are taking the right steps towards protecting their pet's health! However, pet insurance companies have become increasingly difficult to work with, much in the way human health insurance is. They tend to be very particular about pet's medical records and how it is worded when they get treatment. Due to the complexity of handling health insurance claims, if we need to reach out to your pet's health insurance company to clarify anything regarding a claim there will be a $10 fee, as these conversations usually take quite a lot of time and effort. We will continue to provide your pet's medical records to you and your insurance provider at no cost. We are a participating provider of Trupanion Pet Insurance and Pets Best. If you already have a pet insurance provider, please inform our staff. This ensures we provide the best customer service possible. We are pleased to provide documentation to support your claim submission at no additional cost.
