We\u2019ve outlined the various reasons to be overflowing with gratefulness for your furry pal this holiday season, and all year long.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>5 Reasons to Be Thankful for Pets<\/h3>\n<p>There are countless reasons to be thankful for pets, but these are our top five:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pets are good for our health<\/strong> \u2013 Overall, pet owners have less obesity and lower blood pressure than non-pet owners. So the next time you dread taking Fido out for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mybeevet.com\/blog\/exercise-for-pets\/\">daily walk<\/a>, take a moment to thank him for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mybeevet.com\/blog\/pet-acupuncture\/\">the gift of health<\/a> instead!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pet owners are less stressed<\/strong> \u2013 Numerous studies have shown that pets not only reduce our stress, they also help us to recover more quickly from stressful situations.
